Double-circuit condensing gas boiler with separate heat exchangers and forced removal of combustion products. It is intended for servicing detached houses and large apartments of apartment buildings. Due to the high useful power of 28 kW, it is able to heat an area of up to 224 m². or provide up to 16.1 liters of hot water per minute (assuming water heating at 25 °C). The main distinguishing feature of the BAXI Duo-Tec Compact 28 boiler is the highest efficiency, due to the use of the condensing principle of extracting heat from natural gas combustion products.

Unlike conventional boilers, the combustion products in this model are subjected to deeper cooling, which makes it possible to extract from them the latent heat of condensation of water vapor generated directly in the combustion process. Thanks to this engineering solution, this condensing boiler is 7% more economical than conventional design units. It has a closed-type combustion chamber and forced exhaust of flue gases, which allows it to be mounted in residential areas. Efficient microprocessor digital control system with LCD screen makes it easy to control and manage the main parameters of the device. It also controls the modulation of the gas burner, which can flexibly change its power depending on the situation. Can be used in underfloor heating systems.
