A classic model of a modern blender from a well-known German company. The Braun MQ 3135 Sauce is equipped with a 750 W electric motor, making it perfect for chopping, whisking and mixing ingredients for soups, pies, salads, pancakes, as well as preparing a variety of sauces, cocktails or baby food. The handle has a special rubberized coating, so it does not slip in your hand. Products can be mixed in a 600 mL high measuring cup, which comes with the device, or in another user's container.
The rotation speed of the nozzles is regulated by the manufacturer within 11 preset modes, if necessary, a special turbo mode is also provided for the most complex tasks. The control and gear buttons are located on the handle at the top, so you can operate the device with one hand. With the EasyClick system, all attachments are simply removed from the device by pressing two buttons on the side panels. Among other things, along with the blender, in addition to the grinding attachment, there is also a large chopper with a volume of 500 mL and a metal whisk for whipping.
Always clarify the specifications and configuration of the product with the online store manager before purchasing.

Worth its price Previously, I used blenders from Chinese manufacturers with weak motors, purely for grinding dried spices and nuts, but they didn't last long. Gears and gearboxes would break, there was the eternal problem of dull blades and poor sets (without whisks). But the biggest problem with a cheap blender is the plastic housing of the immersion attachment, which doesn't handle high temperatures well. This model from a German manufacturer has none of the above-mentioned drawbacks: it comes with a great set, powerful motor, very sharp blades (even after a year of active use), and the immersion attachment is made of metal, which is not afraid to chop something hot (e.g., making mousse from apples, carrots, or pumpkins that need to be pureed right after being removed from the heat). I also like the ability to adjust speeds, though I don't use it often. It’s very quick and convenient for making minced meat, and if you add onions, garlic, or even carrots, you can just throw everything in the bowl, and the blender will chop and mix everything perfectly. It doesn't have the smell of cheap plastic, the quality of materials and assembly is high, and its ergonomic shape allows for one-handed use + the rubber inserts prevent slipping. There’s just one thing: if you throw something light into the bowl (like dried crops and parsley), then the reducer, which in the very plant begins to curl, will start to wrap around. And I also wanted the lifeline cable to extend up to half a meter. ![]() |
