Previously, I used blenders from Chinese manufacturers with weak motors, purely for grinding dried spices and nuts, but they didn't last long. Gears and gearboxes would break, there was the eternal problem of dull blades and poor sets (without whisks). But the biggest problem with a cheap blender is the plastic housing of the immersion attachment, which doesn't handle high temperatures well.

This model from a German manufacturer has none of the above-mentioned drawbacks: it comes with a great set, powerful motor, very sharp blades (even after a year of active use), and the immersion attachment is made of metal, which is not afraid to chop something hot (e.g., making mousse from apples, carrots, or pumpkins that need to be pureed right after being removed from the heat). I also like the ability to adjust speeds, though I don't use it often. It’s very quick and convenient for making minced meat, and if you add onions, garlic, or even carrots, you can just throw everything in the bowl, and the blender will chop and mix everything perfectly.

It doesn't have the smell of cheap plastic, the quality of materials and assembly is high, and its ergonomic shape allows for one-handed use + the rubber inserts prevent slipping.
