A simple, efficient and relatively quiet immersion blender for active domestic use. It is one of the entry-level models in the 2019 Braun MultiQuick 7 family, featuring high power, a detachable steel leg with splash-suppressing SplashControl rim geometry and sharp, optimized blades with signature Active Blades. All metal parts are made of high-alloy stainless steel, inert to foodstuffs.

when I buy kitchen appliances, I usually choose something from Braun. I guess it's a lifelong love. Their products are always reliable. I've never had any problems with them. I bought this blender specifically as a baby blender. When I started introducing solid foods to my daughter, I decided to make purees myself. I didn't want to use the stationary blender, it's harder to clean, and the bowl is very heavy, so I decided to buy a hand blender. I chose this one, firstly, because it's light. I can't say exactly how much it weighs, but you don't feel it in your hand; secondly, because it's relatively quiet. Again, when there's a baby in the house, you have to adapt. Even if the baby is not asleep, they might get scared. I haven't had any such issues with this model. Moreover, even if the child is napping, with the kitchen door closed, you can't hear the blender; thirdly, the metal "foot" is such that you can use it to blend very hot products. I puree soups directly on the stove; as a puree, it cools faster, and by lunchtime, it's not only ready but also pureed. The feature of this blender is that the speed is adjusted not by different buttons, but by one. It depends on the pressure applied. So there's no sudden transition or splashing of boiling porridge or soup; everything is smooth and careful. And the shape of the metal "skirt" on the leg is such that it doesn't scatter in different directions. In general, Braun is, as always, on top. light, powerful, quiet i would like a lid for the cup, as I sometimes leave food in it. |
