One of the simplest gasoline generators in EnerSol's range of power plants. It has a 210 cc engine (7 hp) and a synchronous alternator for power generation. The device is designed to serve the load within 2.5 kW. When connecting a load corresponding to the nameplate power, the EnerSol EPG-2800S generator consumes fuel at a rate of 1.2 l / h. With such an “appetite”, the supply of gasoline is enough for about 12.5 hours (provided that the 15-liter tank is fully filled). The range of connectors on the front panel consists of two 230 V sockets (with automatic 16A) and terminals that are supplied with direct current with a voltage of 12 V.

The Chinese brand EnerSol specializes in the production of gasoline and diesel generators, engines, and various construction equipment. In the shelf of gasoline generators of the brand, one of the simplest models is the EPG-2800S.
Rated load
The unit is designed to continuously service the load up to 2.5 kW. In short-term mode, the model pulls a load up to 2.8 kW. The EnerSol EPG-2800S design was based on a four-stroke power unit with a volume of 210 cm³ and a power of 7 hp. In the nominal mode of operation with a connected load, the engine consumes fuel at a rate of about 1.2 l / h.
Long work without refueling
The model is assembled on a high-strength tubular frame and is equipped with a 15-liter gas tank. A full tank of fuel is enough for the generator for about 12.5 hours of non-stop operation. The connectors on board the unit are represented by two 230 V sockets with 16 A circuit breakers. The model also has terminal outputs, which are supplied with direct current with a voltage of 12 V.
A simple workhorse
The start of the power unit of the gas generator is carried out manually. From more advanced equipment , the model acquired an automatic voltage regulator (AVR system), an oil level sensor, and an analog voltmeter on the front panel of the case. Of the complaints about the work of EnerSol EPG-2800S, there are comments regarding oil and fuel leaks from the tube that goes to the gas tank. However, in general, the generator forms a positive impression - it is a simple "workhorse" without unnecessary bells and whistles and at an affordable price.
