Because, after first working for you for 9 months, it will break, then you start calling Gorenje service centers in your city. They will tell you that they don’t have gas workers and they don’t can repair it. You will start calling the Gorenje hotline. There they will give you an e-mail address and tell you to write a letter there. And they will promise to answer within 3 working days. But they will not answer you within 3 or 5 working days, but only after 7 calendar days they will call you from your service center and say that for repairs they will look for gas workers on the side. Then, the next day, they will call and say that they did not find the gas workers, but they talked on the phone with the director of Gorgaz and came to the conclusion that we are calling the gas workers, they either fix the problem or say that it is broken, the service center orders this part and pays for the work gas workers to replace it. When the gas workers come to you a day later, they say that it’s broken, and you will send this piece of paper to the service center and wait WHEN your spare part will arrive. Then you will get tired of waiting and you will try to find out from the service center when this will happen, they will answer you that they decide at the factory whether to repair your column, or write it off ... Meanwhile, it will be 4 weeks since you are already sitting without hot water, and there will be 30 degree heat outside, and you will be two small sweaty children running around in the street ..... I would also like to note the quiet operation and the ability to accurately control the water temperature. The temperature, by the way, is shown real, and not like in electric boilers. Economical. Gas consumption is very moderate. In terms of money, it costs one and a half hryvnias to take a ten-minute shower. There are all the necessary security systems: gas control, overheating protection and more. Electronic control, as it turned out, really does not like power surges in the network. The voltage stabilizer helped to resolve the issue, but this is already an additional cost and not the smallest. The natural draft of combustion products requires a good chimney and I was lucky that one already existed, otherwise there would have been additional costs. |
