The tank leaked 3 months before the warranty expired. I contacted the service hotline. 3 months pulled then refused due to the dismantling of the water heater. Do not take this company is expensive reliability 0. no unreliable |
Summer was approaching, and with it the traditional shutdown of hot water, which is arranged every year by the municipal services of our city. In general, these shutdowns have not been terrible for our family for a long time. We installed the water heater ten years ago. But, this year, during preventive cleaning, the master noticed noticeable corrosion of the tank and said that if we want to survive this summer without problems, then we should think about replacing it in advance. Since I will spend most of the summer on business trips at work, leaving my wife and children in the apartment was not a potential problem. And three days later, this new handsome man appeared in place of the old tank. To begin with, it has a fully electronic control. And this alone takes comfort and usability to a whole new level. This control allows you to very accurately maintain the desired temperature and this saves energy. Heats up water pretty quickly. It gains 65 degrees in about 75-80 minutes, and if you lower the temperature to 50, then less than an hour. The maximum temperature to which it can be heated is 80 degrees. It makes no sense to use it constantly, but it is possible and necessary to periodically warm up the entire volume using the "disinfection cycle" function. This kills all bacteria and keeps the water from stagnating. As it should be for any high-quality water heater, there is pressure protection, overheating protection and a system that turns off the heating elements if there is not enough water level. In short, the tank is great. The price is cosmic, and a significant part of it was heaped up precisely because of electronic control. It actually costs a penny, but they tear up "three skins" for it. Warranty for the electrical part is only two years. If you think about the price, it will not be enough. |
