Medium power electric screwdriver with a chuck designed for setting bits. It is used to automate assembly operations or accelerate the disassembly of household appliances. This tool is designed for home use, but can also be useful in small professional workshops. The main function is to tighten or unscrew the elements of threaded connections (screws, self-tapping screws, screws, bolts and nuts).

To perform these tasks, the screwdriver is equipped with a set of 8 socket heads (sizes from 6 mm to 13 mm), 28 regular and 6 extra long bits. In addition, there is an extension with a magnetic holder and an adapter with a 1/4 "square. This set allows you to work with all types of fasteners, including SL, PH, PZ, Torx and Hex. The seat in the chuck is a 1/4" hex with a built-in magnetic holder.

Cordless screwdriver Intertool DT-0301 is equipped with a built-in battery with a capacity of 600 mAh at a voltage of 3.6 V. There is a three-section LED charge level indicator. The complete charger fully restores the battery capacity in 8-10 hours. The rotation speed of the cartridge at idle is 180 rpm. The torque is moderate and the maximum value is 4 Nm. This is enough for the vast majority of situations that arise in everyday life. The standard warranty for the device is 12 months.

Cheap cordless screwdriver is good for mounting/dismantling PC cases

I make a living repairing personal computers and laptops. Almost any more or less serious hardware failure of a computer means that you need to at least open the case. It would seem that you can quickly unscrew the six screws and wrap them in place does not take much time. But you have to do this several times a day, six days a week, 300 days a year. If the problem is serious and replacement of components is required, then unscrewing and tightening the numerous fixing screws takes at least half, or even more, of the time. Suitable, not too much and not too little torque. This is important, because if the screws on the case can be turned in a forceful manner, then the screw fastening of the motherboard requires a carefully metered effort. A good set of bits, simple and elongated (I use at most 8 pieces from the whole set). There are also eight socket heads (I don’t use it at all), an adapter and an extension nozzle. The screwdriver has a 1/4" hex socket. This is a standard solution that will allow you to replace worn out or buy new bits. All the described economy, plus the charger is folded into a compact plastic case.

Pretty thin body plastic. Noticeable play in the trigger button. Terrible quality TORX bits. Long battery charging time, a whole 8 hours. The screwdriver has a nickel-cadmium battery, which means it suffers from the "memory effect." In other words, if you charge it incompletely or connect the charger to a partially discharged battery, the battery capacity significantly decreases. It turns out that the screwdriver should work until fully discharged (one red LED on the indicator) and then be charged for its designated 8 hours. This means if it discharges at lunchtime, you'll have to turn screws manually until evening.

For simple tasks

The Intertool DT-0301 electric screwdriver with a non-adjustable pistol grip handle effectively handles most household tasks, despite the low engine torque of 2.5 Nm. This power is enough to assemble or disassemble furniture, repair equipment and screw short screws (up to 20 mm) into wood, plastic and plasterboard. However, the tool will not cope with more complex tasks, such as unscrewing tightly tightened or rusted bolts and nuts. The two-position button allows you to quickly change the direction of rotation without the need for separate switches. The built-in battery of small capacity (600 mAh) provides a limited operating time, and charging can take from 8 to 10 hours. There is also a charge level indicator.

One of the advantages of the electric screwdriver is its affordable price, which includes an extended kit consisting of a case, a set of bits, adapters and heads. The LED backlight is activated by a separate button, which improves visibility in the desired area without the need to turn on the rotation, as other manufacturers often do. The plastic case is made of high quality and complemented by rubber inserts in the grip areas, which increases safety and comfort when using.
