The Metal-Fach Smart Bio 20 boiler is a heavy single-circuit unit for floor mounting, ideal for heating systems with a coolant temperature from 60 °C to 95 °C.
Automation of functions
This boiler is designed for heating rooms up to 160 m². All processes in the boiler are automated: users only need to periodically load pellets into a 200-liter hopper. The boiler is controlled via the PLATINUM PELLET controller, which regulates fuel consumption, ensuring economical use.
High efficiency
The combustion chamber is equipped with ceramic plates, which increase combustion efficiency. Turbulators are installed in the convection channels, which slow down the release of flue gases and increase heat exchange. The chimney outlet is located in the upper part of the boiler.
Safety of use
For safety, the boiler is equipped with limit switches in the doors and damper, which, when opened, stop the burner until it closes. The main disadvantage is the weight of the boiler - more than 400 kg, which can complicate its delivery and installation.
