Premium friction model from one of the mastodons of the tyre industry — the French company Michelin. The debut of the tyre took place on the eve of the winter season 2020-2021. It is intended for an extensive list of cars, SUVs and crossovers. An SUV version of the model is produced separately. The tyre tread design is designed in a directional symmetrical style. A row of blocks in the central part of the tread pattern improves ride stability, and the drainage channels increase in volume as the tread wears, due to which the model remains resistant to hydroplaning and slashplaning.

Michelin X-Ice Snow 205/60 R16 96H blocks use different types of sipes: slots of variable thickness drain the contact patch, while U-shaped sipes are focused on increasing tread stiffness, improving handling and manoeuvrability. Also, the work of the Flex-Ice 2.0 rubber compound with special microcavities, which have an adsorption effect and effectively absorb moisture, is aimed at drying the contact spot. For other points of the programme, a separate line notes the increased operational mileage of rubber until critical tread abrasion — on average, it can travel 10-12K kilometers more than premium "classmates".
