Low oil consumption
The Italian chain saw with a 400 mm tyre is applicable for cutting branches and felling trees with a diameter of up to 800 mm (subject to sawing in two passes). The device is equipped with an oil tank with a capacity of 350 mL. At the same time, automatic oil supply to the chain is carried out exclusively during operation, there is no flow at idle (unlike gasoline models, where oil can be supplied to the chain even at idle). A fully filled tank lasts for about an hour of operation — this is a relatively small consumption, considering that most electric models can use up to 1 liter of chain oil per hour.
Keyless chain tension
The saw is equipped with a “no tools” chain tensioning system. Thanks to it, you can tighten or loosen the chain without using a screwdriver and without unscrewing the protective shield of the bar. Please note that this model has a transverse engine — this does not affect performance, but it is not very convenient to make horizontal cuts, for example, when felling a tree. The handles have rubber pads to reduce vibration. The manufacturer has equipped the device with a chain brake, which protects the operator from injury in the event of a kickback (for example, when hitting a knot or a metal object with the tip of the bar). A pleasant moment is the low cost of the device.
