The Patriot P210 is an affordable 256GB SATA 3 SSD based on a low-cost controller and Micron's classic 64-layer 3D TLC NAND Flash. It is oriented by the manufacturer towards the low-cost segment, but even at its low price, it provides a fivefold system acceleration compared to a conventional HDD. The speeds here are traditional for modern solid-state drives operating on the SATA 3 bus: up to 400 MB / s while writing and up to 500 MB / s when reading files.
Fans of computer games will also like the drive — the fastest possible start of the gameplay and completely imperceptible dynamic loading of parts of the open game world gives a serious advantage over conventional hard drives and at the same time does not lag too far behind high-speed NVMe SSDs. But the speed of working with random blocks in the Patriot P210 is not so impressive (50 and 30K IOPS when reading and writing), so this is not the best candidate for working with conditional databases or compiling. SMART and TRIM technologies are supported.

it's been about a year of using the ssd disk and Victoria says that the average reading speed is 90-100 mbs. tin. my old hdd is about the same parameters price. reading speed dropped |
Bought for a laptop, for Windows, to replace the worn-out hard drive. After installing Windows, the disk space actually shows 238 GB, so I started to Google - why? It turned out that the rest is reserved space, and that's normal for all SSDs. Downloaded and installed DiskMark, and here it's strange! It shows 470 for reading and 420 for writing, meaning the reading is below the claimed 500, but writing is above. I also wanted to check the temperature but found out there's no temperature sensor in it, most likely cut out to reduce cost. Another issue with many SSDs, and this one is no exception - after the disk filled up to 70%, the read and write speed dropped to around 200 on average.
