An advanced and multifunctional gaming mouse positioned by the manufacturer in the upper price segment. However, the device has every reason for such positioning. So, the device can be connected to a computer both using a classic flexible cable and using a radio adapter. The mouse has 6 buttons that can withstand up to 70 million clicks each, which allows you to operate the device in intensive mode for many years.
At the same time, the user can programme two different actions for each of the buttons, and a separate Hypershift switch allows you to instantly switch between these settings profiles. The scroll wheel itself boasts a 4-way navigation function, as well as the ability to adjust the resistance. The Razer Basilisk Ultimate is powered by the included battery for up to 100 days of continuous use. At the heart of the device is a fairly advanced Razer Focus + sensor, while the current touch resolution of the model can be adjusted in the range from 800 to 20,000 dpi. The mouse is finished in black, has a scroll wheel and an ergonomic illuminated body that is optimally suited for palm grip.

Design, convenience SOFT, loss of signal, very short operating time with backlight on Денис Тицкий: use Razer Basilisk Ultimate with Charging Dock more than year |
But there are many disadvantages. The main one is the unrealistically curved Razer Synapse 3.0 software. It ALWAYS freezes - every day, sometimes several times (stops seeing mouse profiles, keyboards, etc., because of which macros, reassigned keys, etc. do not work). Closing the software and all services does not help, only restarting the system.
Another very unpleasant moment is that the wireless mouse sometimes loses its signal (almost every day, sometimes several times). It is treated by turning the mouse off and on with the toggle switch at the bottom of the mouse)
The backlight is an absolutely useless thing on this mouse, because it works with it for exactly 1 day, and charging it is as uncomfortable as possible - the stand does not work well and sometimes it takes 3-5 attempts to properly get into the contacts and start charging. Although even when it hit correctly, it sometimes refuses to charge. And sometimes it charges, but there is no light indication of charging - you have to climb into the software. In short, nonsense.
In general, I am more satisfied with the mouse than not, but for such money it has an unacceptably many jambs. They are connected primarily with software that Razer has never been able to do.
