This is good for hair. Of course, high temperatures aren't particularly beneficial, but such a coating has a gentle effect on hair. The fundamental difference between this styler and a curling iron is that the brush rotates automatically. So there’s no need to wind and fix the hair. It does everything itself. I often use this thing for styling damp hair. I wash my hair, it dries on its own to a certain state, then I style it using the styler and go. So the impact is minimal and time-efficient.
