I thought for a long time before buying this model, and in the end, I do not regret it. The storage works very quickly and significantly speeds up the system. It takes about 5-7 seconds to load the OS, if not less. A drawback, of course, is the fairly high price, but it is justified by the quality of performance and SSD speed. Overall, using this drive as a system and gaming drive, and as a file storage - any good HDD/SSHD would be an ideal combination. •Speed of operation; •Warranty; •Availability of branded software. •High cost; •Increased temperature and throttling under very high loads. use Samsung MZ-V7P512BW week |
Probably a fast drive, right?! Unfortunately, I couldn't find that out! I bought it on the Market (I have the invoice and receipt), on March 20, last year, 2020. Haven't used it until now - kept it as a backup (trusted the sealed box). Opened it yesterday, inserted it into my Intel Nuc - and surprise! It's not detected. But that's not a problem, right?! There's a 5-year warranty - so here I am at the official service center on Novocheremushkinskaya 57! 15 minutes passed and the answer was ready: "Go back to where you bought it!" Even though it's defective, we won't repair or replace it! It was imported "unofficially," so it is not subject to repair or replacement! A call to 8 800 555 55 55 confirmed the words of the "officials!" So much for Samsung! They're even blaming me for not showing due civic responsibility by checking the customs certificates for this batch of drives - I didn't check some stickers there! Wow! Although, if you think about it, in an age where every cat, dog, and cow in the Alpine meadows already has a barcode, how is it possible not to stop the smuggling of SSD drives?! Unworthy behavior for such a gigantic corporation! Failed to find out :( Everything else! |

Regretted getting the 512 instead of a terabyte.
You get used to the new speed, but the disk space isn't infinite.
