Fast and reliable SATA 3 SSD with Samsung's proprietary 4th generation TLC high-tech 64-layer V-NAND flash. It is the use of 3-bit proprietary V-NAND flash memory with an increased resource and Samsung's own high-speed MJX controller that distinguishes SSD drives from this manufacturer from other devices. The drive is completely silent, economical in terms of power consumption and is designed for use in home and office personal computers.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, it can be installed in laptops. To speed up write operations with TLC memory, Intelligent TurboWrite SLC caching technology is used, the buffer size changes dynamically and can reach 12 GB. Thus, smaller files fit into the SSD buffer of the Samsung 860 EVO [MZ-76E250BW] in its entirety, and the read speed from the device reaches 550 Mbps, the write speed is 520 Mbps.
During operations with larger files, the read/write speed drops to 520/300 Mbps, respectively, which, however, is many times higher than any hard disk drive (HDD) anyway. The volume of the guaranteed record (TBW) in comparison with the previous generation of devices (850 EVO) has increased twice. Now the manufacturer gives a full five-year warranty, and during this period more than 80 GB of information is allowed to be recorded daily.

Брал две штуки себе и другу под Винду и игры чуть больше года назад. Все это время работают без нареканий, скорость осталась на том же уровне, что и при покупке. Цена немного выше чем у остальных, но по моему стоит того. Если же считаете цену завышенной, присмотритесь к моделям Silicon Power. Тоже хороши, но вот сейчас чего-то 500 Гб моделей в продаже нет.
