Affordable entry-level wireless router for creating a small cable and Wi-Fi network. The manufacturer is positioned as a low-cost product designed for use at home or in a small office. It has a very attractive cost and support for all the basic technologies necessary for the normal functioning of SOHO networks. The device is based on the Broadcom BCM5357C0 chipset (MIPS 74K architecture) with 16 MB of RAM and 2 MB of permanent memory.
The Tenda F300 router is equipped with two external swivel (at an angle of up to 180 degrees) antennas with a gain of 5 dBi. 802.11b/g/n wireless connections in the 2.4 GHz band are supported. Thanks to the use of MU-MIMO technology according to the formula 2 × 2: 2, a data transfer rate of up to 300 Mbps is achieved, and the router can simultaneously serve several Wi-Fi devices without additional delays.
Equipped with one WAN and four LAN ports of the Fast Ethernet standard (up to 100 Mbps). The device supports all popular types of standard connections used by providers to organize Internet access (Static IP, DHCP, PPTP, L2TP and PPPoE). It can perform the functions of a firewall, NAT and DHCP server, it can work in bridge and repeater mode. Supports current traffic encryption standards, parental control and filtering by IP/MAC addresses.

A good and reliable router, nothing special but everything is basic quite reliable, perhaps never turning on during a storm and everything is ok,
simple, not bad for the price some days the signal does not reach the alarm box |
I took it based on the low price and good reviews. It’s very easy to set up, the interface is simple, for those who don’t know how / don’t want / don’t know how to set them up, they poked two buttons and it all worked.
I also want to note that there were problems 1v1 as in negative reviews. the fact was that the clamping of the wires in the connectors is weak and I had to dance with a tambourine so that the Internet would go to the router and there was a connection to the PC and so that dust particles would not fall on the wires, because everything goes astray and there are simply no connections, etc. etc. Therefore, even if the wires are good, then you need to strongly press into the connectors and tightly so that they are fixed in them. Price, design, simple interface for setting up a router (it doesn’t matter to me) Bad connectors, I thought to return that the router had flown, it turns out that there was a bad clamping of the cables in the connectors. I don’t understand how it was possible not to set up this crap, everything is there for a kindergarten. There are no bells and whistles, but it keeps at home normally, for this price it's excellent.
