Low-cost wireless router for building small home or office wireless or cable networks. It is one of the most affordable full duplex 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi routers on the market. It can be a good basis for a wireless/cable network in a one-two-room apartment or a small office. The model has a white rectangular case and an unpretentious design, it is possible to mount it to the wall. The hardware configuration of the device ensures stable operation of the wireless Wi-Fi network in the standard 2.4 GHz band.
Thanks to two fixed antennas, the Netis WF2419E router is able to organize data exchange at speeds up to 300 Mbps. The signal has an average power and is able to confidently penetrate at least one reinforced concrete wall. There is also one WAN and four LAN ports operating in accordance with the 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet standard. Bridge and repeater mode is supported, WAN port can work in DHCP, static IP, PPPoE, L2TP, PPTP, WISP modes. Firewall, NAT and traffic filtering to IP and MAC addresses are provided. The device has a convenient web interface for configuring wired and wireless connection settings.

But I was unlucky. It works somewhat intermittently - it can interrupt the connection for 1-5 minutes, after 5-30 minutes. I tried different Wifi modes, and updated the firmware to the latest, I thought maybe there was some kind of bug. And when the Internet disappears, it shows that there is a connection to the router, but the admin panel of the router does not load. Although purely theoretically, if there is a connection to the router, then the admin panel should also load, access to the Internet or connection with the provider does not affect the loading of the admin panel. In general, it is not clear at what level the bug is, software or technical. Got it cheap. Simplicity of setup. Buggy. I already wrote in the comment.  Aleksandr: use Netis WF2419E few months |
Previously, we had TP-Link 740 and TP-Link MR3220: there were dead zones in the two-story house. Now the signal is stable everywhere + more convenient (in everyday use) and more diverse settings. Satisfied with the purchase. Can't judge reliability yet :)) - Speed limit setting White, easily soiled color.... well, that’s a way to write something :))) |
