One of the most advanced charcoal grills by Weber, featuring a practical gas ignition system for briquette fuel. The coals are intended to be ignited in a weather-protected CharBin container. Unused briquettes can be stored in the Char-Basket drawer. The model is designed as a table on a wheeled chassis with an integrated cooking kettle. In the cooking zone, there is a large 570 mm diameter grate with a removable central module, which can be replaced with any cooking accessory from the Gourmet BBQ System range (mini-skillet, steak grate, wok, pizza stone).

At the bottom of the kettle, there is a convenient One-Touch cleaning system for ashes and cinders. The Weber Performer Deluxe GBS 15501004 grill is equipped with hooks for hanging a spatula, tongs, and other auxiliary tools, and comes with a removable electronic timer and a large grate in the lower segment of the body for storing coals, cooked and prepared products, and various accompanying accessories.
