Fingerprint scanner
— the presence of a sensor that can scan the user's fingerprints.Such a sensor is mainly used for authentication when unlocking the device, logging into personal accounts, confirming payments, etc. Using this feature for this purpose is much more convenient than a traditional password or PIN code: the fingerprint is always with you, it can not be lost or forgotten, and its use by another person is almost impossible. The face scanner works in a similar way (see the relevant paragraph), however, fingerprint sensors are cheaper, and in some situations, noticeably more reliable.
