Користуюсь телефоном трішки більше місяця, скажу так нічого особливого, до цього був М51. Камера хороша, відео чудове. Заряд тримає день при вімкненому енергозбереженні і яскравість менш аніж половина , невелике навантаження соцмережі недовго, розмовляю недовго, в ігри неграю зовсім, перегляд відео тікток до 30 хв може з'їсти ві 10% . При дзвінку з'являється дивний звук (по типу сирени , подібний до того хто пам'ятає коли приходили sms сповіщення випробувальні про небезпеку ) , а коли перегляд відео майже весь час так. Таке враження що попався бракований телефон. Зв'язок хороший, вайфай і моб інтернет підключається одразу. A beautiful design that no one will appreciate because it is inconvenient to use the phone without a case. The main selection criteria: a good camera, a large amount of memory, a performance margin so that it does not become dull. Samsung because the previous ones were also Samsung and I do not want to adapt to a different shell and the nuances of another brand. Large bright 120 Hz 411 ppi display with excellent color reproduction quality. Powerful processor and good software optimization, thanks to which everything just flies without any friezes and long reflections. The screen sensor responds to the lightest touches. I liked the photo quality, the camera works quickly and often forgives the operator's mistakes. I would like to highlight night shooting separately: the camera correctly adjusts to low light and the pictures come out clear and with good colors. The glass and aluminum case is assembled perfectly and has protection against moisture. I haven't noticed any problems on the technical side, everything works perfectly. Personally, I don't understand the attempt to look like an iPhone in the design. The sharp edges make it a little uncomfortable to hold in your hands without a case. Also, the case is simply necessary to protect the camera lenses, which protrude greatly and take all the load on themselves. And I also miss the usual 3.5 mm mini-jack for headphones, because I'm a dinosaur who doesn't recognize wireless headphones for music and doesn't want to bother with Type-C adapters. Initially, Samsung Galaxy A smartphones acted as strong budget phones, striving to offer the most for their money. However, in recent years, the Korean giant has upped the ante, pumping up the Series A to almost flagship levels. For example, the Samsung Galaxy A55, presented at the beginning of 2024, is similar in characteristics to the Galaxy S of the generation before last: fast hardware, impact-resistant glass at the level of the iPhone 15, a modern triple camera with optical stabilization and improved night photography, Samsung Knox Vault data protection and IP67 water resistance.
Solid foundation
Galaxy A55 features a 6.6-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. This ensures smooth scrolling and an improved content experience. The screen supports HDR10+. The cameras provide good image quality in bright light and acceptable results in low light thanks to the improved night mode. The 32 MP front camera takes high-quality selfies with good detail and natural colors. And the Exynos 1480 processor with 8 GB of RAM easily copes with any work tasks and games, although it is inferior in performance to flagship processors from Apple and Snapdragon.
A bit expensive
Against this background, the price is somewhat confusing. After competing with Xiaomi, OPPO and other Chinese brands, Samsung raised the price again, setting a price tag of almost 19,000 hryvnia for the Galaxy A55. Yes, it's a great smartphone, but it doesn't offer anything extraordinary compared to its competitors, doesn't stand out visually, and doesn't boast the advanced AI features of the Galaxy series. In general, for 19,000 hryvnia this is clearly too much; if the price drops to 14,000 - 15,000, then Motorola, Xiaomi, Poco, OnePlus and the rest will have a serious competitor.
