Powder

This form makes it difficult to accurately dose — even measuring spoons and other similar utensils do not give an accurate result, it can only be achieved on a scale, but this is not always convenient. In addition, the powder inevitably has to be tasted, and this taste is not always pleasant (this is especially true for casein, see "Type"). On the other hand, in fact, a dosage accurate to the gram is rarely required, and for ease of use and achieving the desired taste, the powder can be easily mixed with other ingredients — for example, in the form of a protein-vitamin cocktail.
