I have been using the keyboard for a few weeks and have identified both advantages and disadvantages. The Smart Folio keyboard won't turn your iPad into a full-fledged laptop, but it will significantly simplify content creation, especially if you connect a Bluetooth mouse. It attaches to the device with magnets, like a case, and holds well. It allows you to position the iPad in two modes with two viewing angles and, what's really cool, securely fixes the tablet with magnets. The keys have a soft touch, but it's worth noting they don't produce the clicks typical of a stationary keyboard. The material is durable but prone to showing marks. The spacebar doesn't respond if pressed off-center. Fingers instinctively search for a touchpad when quickly typing words. The buttons work in all popular applications. For example, pressing the spacebar while playing a video on YouTube allows you to pause it or rewind with the arrow keys.
