A relatively inexpensive, well-balanced laptop from Asus from the 2022 Vivobook series. It belongs to the middle price category, thanks to modern equipment and productive stuffing, it will be equally useful in solving a wide range of tasks: from the simplest work with tables and texts, to writing code, working with graphic content, conference calls, design, etc. The series is distinguished by a variety of hardware configurations. The most commonly used hardware is a combination of an AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8 GB of DDR4 RAM, or Ryzen 7 and 16 GB of RAM. Both versions have a 512 GB NVMe SSD and a Radeon Vega graphics card built into the processor, capable of pulling out not too demanding online games like CS GO, Dota 2 and Fortnite. To display images in all cases, fairly simple Full HD displays based on IPS matrices are used. The screens have a modest margin of brightness and cannot boast of high color saturation, but on board there is a TÜV Rheinland certificate indicating that the display minimizes eye strain by reducing backlight flicker and blue light emission. The display hinge opens 180 degrees, allowing you to turn the laptop like a book. Specially designed for the Vivobook series, the ErgoSense keyboard features slightly concave membrane keys with longer travel and enhanced tactile feedback that optimizes fast typing. The keyboard is backlit, which is convenient for working in the dark. The keys are additionally protected by ASUS Antibacterial Guard. Information about network traffic is received by a network controller with a gigabit port and a wireless receiver (Wi-Fi 6 + Bluetooth 5). An external monitor can be connected to the HDMI output. The webcam is equipped with a physical shutter. The body of the laptop is made of impact-resistant plastic, which has a MIL-STD-810 protection standard.
