Ну що до рамок то так і повинно бути пластикова рамка то як би ніша куди ставляють матрицю а чорний обідок то вже краї матриці без цього ніяк , просто так роблять для того щоб при вимкненому моніторі монітор був ніби то з тоненькими рамками.
