Maximum paint transfer to the surface

Here, as in the Forte SG-750D, the nozzle with the needle is made of brass, so they are not afraid of corrosion. The device is capable of applying varnishes, paints, wallpaper strippers, primers, stains and even pesticides to plants. The manufacturer equipped the model with an HVLP spray system (large inlet air capture - low outlet pressure). Thanks to it, the transfer of paint to the surface is over 65% (whereas in models without it, the transfer of material varies between 45 – 55%), and dust from the air is not captured. With large volumes of painting, this is a significant savings in consumables.

Pressure adjustment for viscous varnishes

The compressor is able to create an outlet pressure in the range from 0.2 to 0.7 bar, which makes it possible to use viscous varnishes. The 1 liter aluminium tank will allow you to paint up to 12 m2 without refueling. In this case, the material consumption is about 200 mL/min.

Quick device cleaning

The device has a convenient Click-Clack quick cleaning system. Thanks to her, the paint does not remain in the nozzle and does not dry out. The manufacturer notes that during the operation of the spray gun there is practically no vibration, which allows you to work longer without fatigue in your hands. As in most household models, there is a three-position adjustment for spraying the working material.
