A week ago I bought an Intex Seahawk 2 Boat Set to replace the rubber one. Rubber completely suits me, except for a long time to dry. This was the main reason for buying a boat made of PVC, so as not to waste time drying. When buying, the seller refused to unpack, arguing that he would not be able to pack it back in the box. I took it at my own risk. Brought to the garage and after 2 days found time to check. The temperature in the garage was 6 degrees. After unpacking, pumped up in the order indicated in the instructions. I liked the boat outwardly, but the rigidity of the PVC caused concern. After a visual inspection, I decided to pack it back. This is where the trouble started. Folding it, as it was packed when buying, did not work, no matter how I tried. And the most unpleasant, due to the rigidity of the PVC, the boat cracked in places on the bends and the PVC tore right before our eyes. I had to apply patches and give up the idea of folding it until it gets significantly warmer. I hope that at an air temperature of 20 gr. heat, I will be able to fold it more or less compactly and without damage. Time will tell how it will behave in the summer.
