Reliable, low-noise and energy-efficient inverter air conditioner in a residential class split-system format for wall mounting. It is one of the junior models of the popular Eco Smart family, whose products can work effectively in cooling, heating, dehumidification and ventilation (dust removal) modes. The manufacturer is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed to serve residential and office premises up to 25 m².
Equipped with a built-in remote control module via Wi-Fi wireless interface (from an Android or iOS smartphone/tablet with the SmartThinQ app installed). It can be fully integrated into the smart home system. The LG Eco Smart PC-09SQ air conditioner is adapted for operation in the air heating mode in the autumn-spring period in a temperate climate (heating performance is maintained at outdoor temperatures down to -10 °C).
The use of advanced LG Dual Inverter technology (durable proprietary twin-rotor compressor and BLDC fan drive) allows this unit to demonstrate high energy efficiency class A ++, both in cooling and heating operation. Also worth mentioning is the improved air filtration system with an antibacterial filter and low noise level (up to 19 dB at minimum speed), which is important when used in living rooms and bedrooms.

I chose among the powerful ones, so that they could cope with a large room. Quiet, so as not to annoy you with your work at night. Reliable, as it requires serious installation. Thanks to its innovative technologies, it operates very quietly and consumes minimal electricity, which significantly reduces electricity bills. It cools the room quickly, even in the heat, while operating silently. The installation is easy to set up, and it takes up little space, which is important for small rooms. The automatic mode feature is particularly pleasing, as it independently adjusts the temperature for comfortable conditions. However, its power may not be sufficient for very large spaces. The LG Eco Smart series of smart air conditioners was launched in 2019. The most popular model in it for servicing residential premises up to 25 m² is the "nine" with the index PC-09SQ.
Dual Inverter Compressor
The split system works under the supervision of a double inverter compressor of energy efficiency class A ++. It cools the air in the room noticeably faster, emits a minimum of noise and effectively handles with maintaining the specified microclimate parameters. The Jet Cool technology is designed to speed up the creation of comfortable conditions in the hot summer heat — cooling the air in the room in just 5 minutes. During the off-season, the operation of the air conditioner is possible up to a temperature of -10 °C outside the dwelling.
Comfortable conditions
In order to prevent drafts from “walking” around the perimeter of the serviced area, the LG Eco Smart PC-09SQ implements the “Comfort PLUS” airflow mode. It redistributes the movement of air masses to cover all dead zones, avoiding the direct flow of streams on people. Another proprietary feature of the air conditioner is the real-time control of energy consumption Active Energy Control. The energy consumption in it can be set independently between values of 40, 60 and 80% with just one tap on the button on the remote control.
Remote control
An important criterion when choosing an air conditioner for a bedroom or a nursery is the low noise level of the indoor unit.
