A relatively simple SLR camera, designed primarily for amateurs, but equipped with quite a decent set of features — both basic and additional. Based on an APS-C matrix that does not have an AA filter; the resolution of the matrix is 24.1 megapixels, while the camera is capable of continuous shooting at a speed of 5 fps. The main feature of the display is the presence of a sensor (this is the main difference between this model and the similar D5300 camera); in addition, the screen has a swivel design, its diagonal is 3.2". The camera supports the Wi-Fi standard and even carries a GPS module on board. The standard battery provides up to 820 shots per charge.

24MP matrix and it's not just a shitty bunch of marketing pixels sucked from your finger, these are real pixels. The matrix, of course, is not full-frame, but the detail of the pictures at low ISOs is beyond praise. There is little noise up to 1600 inclusive, the brightness is already noticeable above, from 6400 there is also a weak color noise. Autofocus is sharp, pedantic and fast at the same time. But when looking at the display, everything is not so beautiful.
The swivel touch display also pleased with a high-quality picture with good viewing angles and touch amenities. The work with fingers in LiveView mode is especially in demand. Comfortable case made of high-quality plastic reinforced with carbon fiber. Management is familiar, no problems. The weight of 900g for the carcass + zoom set is just for children. But in the hands, a clear stump, is felt. The battery proved to be very durable. Pah, pah, so as not to jinx))) Noticeably slower autofocus when shooting in live view mode. female camera. I love it. This shop sold it for a good price. delivered on time and without problems. It fits perfectly in the hand and is light (I'm a girl). I am not able to pull a brick and I do not see the point in it. Lightweight and small. The touch screen is very convenient. The image is of very high quality on the screen. Pleasing to the eye. Wi-Fi is the best thing in this world for any device - that's what I think about this option. But this is probably a purely female camera. But as a girl, I don't see any downside. One big plus. Nikon D5500 или D7000? #
Помогите, не могу определиться с выбором. Новичок, хочу профессионально развиваться в фотографии. Хочу хорошую тушку, с которой в огонь и воду надолго, дальше докупать объективы и др оборудование по необходимости.
Хотелось бы услышать плюсы и минусы обоих аппаратов. Очень напрягают отзывы про автофокус...

The replacement for the D3000 turned out to be more than worthy. D5500 is two heads taller than her. A good semi-professional or advanced amateur SLR camera.
