An engraving machine that weighs only 450 g and is therefore considered a light tool (compared to other corded drills). It does not impress with its nameplate power (100 W), as it is designed to work with small details. But low power ensures the durability of the engine and quiet operation. The speed can be adjusted in the range of 5000 - 20000 rpm, and the drill keeps them well at a given level.

Other features include a shock-resistant body and a steel neck with a diameter of 20 mm, which allows you to mount the PROXXON FBS 240/E 28472 engraver in a stand or tripod with an appropriately sized hole. The device comes with a compact plastic case. In it, in addition to the engraving machine itself, there are 43 various interchangeable nozzles for grinding, cutting, cleaning, abrasive processing and drilling. They are easily and quickly changed during operation, as the drill has a keyless system for attaching equipment in the form of a three-jaw chuck. It is hand tightened and can hold bits with 0.3 to 3.2 mm shanks.
