Брал 128 Гб. Не большая, симпатичная, реальный объем 114 Гб с копейками... С коробки FAT32. Win10: скорость чтения 27 Мб/с, записи 17 Мб/с. (при работе нет нагрева совсем). После форматирования в NTFS - чтение 125 Мб/с, запись 65 Мб/с (+/- 5Мб/с) Стала греться ощутимо.... на вскидку: 60-65 градусов... почти печет в пальцы.
USB C не заработал с Samsung Galaxy S8, а USB 3.0 через OTG-кабель не заработал с Meizu M6 Note (вернее, подключение устройства было определено, но само устройство, как носитель - не было подхвачено и на него ничего нельзя скопировать - выдает ошибку. Записать с флешки тоже ничего нельзя - потому как отображается пустая папка, хотя файлы там были.. фото/видео). Прошу сообщить так ли еще у кого-то или это брак.... или флешку нужно особым образом интегрировать в мобильный.. путем форматирования, окуривания или ритмичного постукивания в бубен. OTG не работает ни с FAT32, ни с NTFS. Какие будут мысли по этому поводу? Маленькая, универсальная, симпатичная Ненадежная система фиксации - в неразработанное гнездо USB2.0/3.0 не засунешь...срывается с фиксатора - нужно придерживать за пыптык, от чего он сильно изгибается и надолго его не хватит. Friendly with iOS and Android devices
In the case of the Ultra Dual Drive, SanDisk turned out to be an extremely affordable and versatile flash drive, which is equipped with two connectors at once (USB-C and regular USB, A 3.2 gen1), supports the OTG protocol and is formatted in FAT32. Thanks to this, it connects without unnecessary pandemonium to most smartphones and tablets on iOS and Android, which are not lucky with a memory card slot.
Retractable slider
The flash drive is made in a compact grey plastic case with a large chrome metal insert in the centre. A small slider flaunts on the upper edge of the case, with the help of which the necessary connector is pulled out of the case: on the left is a regular USB, on the right is USB-C. In general, it looks neat, but it is unlikely to cause enthusiasm for others. Especially if you are used to beautiful peripherals for "apple" technology and are thinking of buying one in addition to your device with USB-C.
Reading speed around 150 Mbps
In tests with sequential reading of large files, the Ultra Dual Drive performs even higher than the claimed 150 MB / s, delivering 168 – 152 MB / s, depending on the benchmark. The guys from SanDisk kept silent about the write speed, and CrystalDiskMark gave out a little over 50 MB / s. Against the background of other inexpensive flash drives, this is very good. Especially when you consider that with OTG, many smartphones operate at reduced speeds in the region of 22 – 25 MB / s. Therefore, the only remark that can be made to this model is the heating of the case when copying large files. The test sample did not suffer from this, however, similar reviews in the spirit of “ah hot” are periodically found on the network.
