At first I thought that I would get by with a small circular saw, but there were customers and orders that required decent volumes of dissolution, not only wood, but also plywood, as well as chipboard and laminate. So I had to adjust my Wishlist in the direction of a more powerful and productive circular. This is a full-fledged stationary desktop circular that can handle any volume of longitudinal cut. It can work both with a trifle and with fairly large blanks. The desktop at first glance seems small, only 80 by 55 centimeters, but it can be easily increased with an additional complete tabletop up to 160 cm. It weighs 59 kg, is very stable. The motor is asynchronous, powerful, 2.2 kW. It is enough for any task. The depth of cut with the normal arrangement of the disc is a little more than 80 mm, with a slope of 45 degrees it decreases to almost 50 mm. Parallel stop strong and reliable. It has a special saw blade casing, to which I connect my industrial vacuum cleaner. Dust control in a carpentry workshop is an important and not at all hopeless task. The 24-tooth saw blade from the kit is not bad, but for fine and fine work it is frankly rough. In addition to it, I bought a Metabo Precision cut with 84 teeth and a sharpening angle of 10 degrees and, as they say, I was inspired. This is the real tool. It cleanly cuts any kind of wood in the longitudinal and transverse plane, it does an excellent job with chipboard, plywood, laminated panels and plastic.
