Short description:
Combining excellent optical performance and the latest design solutions, this lens brings the user to a new level of ease of use. The front and rear lens groups of the lens include two elements of low dispersion glass (SLD, Special Low Dispersion), which effectively suppress chromatic aberration. Thanks to the use of the HSM-motor (Hyper-Sonic Motor), the model provides high-speed focus with minimal noise. In combination with the SIGMA APO Teleconverter 1.4x and 2x (sold separately), the lens increases the focal length to 168-420mm/F4 and 240-600mm/F5.6 respectively.
