I used to have and use the RX100M2, I was satisfied with the quality of the photos, then I bought the RX10 III. And still I want to buy the RX100M5 on trips. This model is cooler, according to the parameters of my old RX100M2 model. small shortcomings of this line. I would like to see some kind of model where it was possible to protect an expensive lens from sea splashes of waves by twisting filters. After all, we often sail on karablics and then, oh, how bad it is to clean the lens from sea salt water. No matter how delicately I clean it, and after a couple of times scratches appear on an expensive and fast lens. Yes, and one more trifle, before it was not possible to rotate the lens 180 degrees , now they have done it, but there is still not enough remote control on IR rays, like in Sony camcorders and other companies. A small remote control in your hand, not even noticeable to anyone from the side. Wi-Fi and the smartphone will hide with a camera. While the group is already set up, it’s already leaving and it’s not up to the selfie. And here everything is instantly and in combat readiness. I do this with my kenon camera on a tripod. Somehow, in HAWAII, a group of Japanese or maybe Kreuts were sitting in a restaurant, go and tell them apart and they were watching me by chance, I shoot myself with the help of the remote control and they they just applauded me, they liked it so much. So what is the difficulty in adding a miniature IR receiver and a small remote control to the camera. And so basically the camera is SUPER. Excellent photos are obtained, especially at night. This is something !!! The video is also top notch. There is no way to apply light filters to the lens. There is no remote control on the UK rays. It would be desirable to rubberize the case a little. Some rubber pads are already sold on OLX, but SONY could do it themselves and not produce an uncouth brick. |

Fast zoom lens
The compact has got a zoom lens from Zeiss with a universal set of focal lengths of 24-70 mm and the highest floating aperture of f / 1.8-2.8. The lens surrounds the shooting parameters control ring (aperture or focus to choose from). Optics draws a wonderful picture with a spectacular background blur in the blur zone.
Miniature Companion
An uncomfortable grip in the hand (due to the lack of protruding parts of the case) and a non-touch screen can be attributed to the category of shortcomings of the model. However, in many situations it is more convenient to use a retractable viewfinder than a display, since there was a place for it in the compact body of the camera. For 2 years I shot on Fuji T10, T20 with Fuji fast fixes 14, 16, 18mm. But there, let's say a 16mm fix costs $ 800, and in total with the carcass the price is $ 1300 (these are second-hand ones!). With a 16mm fix, it’s cool, of course, but expensive. And with non-fast fixes, it’s cheaper and lighter, but the Sony Rx100 Mark3 usually shoots better indoors! And less hassle with post-processing. Because Fuji's colors are awful, they're terribly oversaturated, and getting a decent photo instead of an oil painting usually takes a lot of work.
