Mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses, addressed to vloggers. The main emphasis in the model is on video recording functions: the camera records videos in a maximum resolution of 4K (3840x2160 pixels) at 30 fps, but with a picture crop of about 1.2x. You can squeeze a full-fledged 4K out of it without crop by reducing the recording frame rate to 24 fps. Also in the Sony ZV-E10 body there is a slow-motion video recording of 120 fps in Full HD, S-Log3 and HLG gamma curve profiles are supported.
The sound of the camera writes to a three-capsule microphone with a directional mode of operation. In addition to the micro out of the box, a furry windscreen is included. Instead of a viewfinder, the mirrorless was equipped with a “hot shoe” for using auxiliary equipment in the manner of an external microphone or light. The touch screen at the camera rotates to the “selfie” position, when video recording is activated, the picture on it is framed by a red frame.
The model does not have a built-in stub; in return, the operator has the right to rely on stabilized optics, coupled with an electronic image stabilization system. In addition, the user is provided with the services of connectors for connecting a microphone and headphones. The camera can be used for streaming, and when shooting in changing lighting conditions, it automatically adjusts the exposure using a proprietary face-priority correction algorithm.

Excellent video and photo quality. Convenient swivel screen. Built-in high-quality microphone. Shooting in 4K. Light and compact. The battery doesn't last very long, it's necessary to have spare batteries. ![]() |
Previously, I used to shoot videos for my YouTube channel on an iPhone. The channel is growing, and there is now an opportunity to improve video quality by purchasing a Sony camera. After watching numerous videos on choosing a camera for a blogger, I bought the ZV-E10. On the third day after purchase, I took my first test photos/videos. A constantly hot pixel is visible at ISO from 3000 to 8000. The "sensor remapping" procedure doesn't help. To put it in understandable terms, a starry sky on the sensor appears at high ISO and exposure. This is in the photos. As for the video. More time is needed for testing. Garny crop like all Sony cameras A consistently hot pixel is visible, three dots glowing in the center of the camera screen on a black background ![]() |

First of all, it's worth noting the excellent image quality. The camera shoots incredibly clear video, and its large sensor provides excellent depth of field, which is very important for creating professional content. The convenient swivel screen is a real find for selfies and shooting from various angles — it allows you to capture even complex shots without the need for assistance.
Another big plus is the microphone. The camera features a built-in high-quality microphone that perfectly captures sound without the need for additional accessories, although you can connect an external microphone for better results. Shooting in 4K is also impressive — the picture is very clear and vibrant, with no interference or noise.
As for the drawbacks, there are a few points. The camera heats up quite quickly when shooting in 4K, which limits the time for continuous shooting. Also, the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like, so it's better to have a spare battery on hand for long shoots.
