High-speed small-sized storage electric water heater with a capacity of 15 liters, made in Bulgaria. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category from the Compact Line, focused on use as part of compact hot water systems designed to serve one point of analysis. Can be installed in kitchens, workshops, massage or medical rooms. It is intended for wall vertical mounting with the top supply of communications, i.e.
for installation under the sink (protection against splash water level IP24). Due to its small depth (31 cm), it takes up a minimum of space and can be mounted in rooms with a limited area. The Tesy GCU 1515 K51 storage water heater is able to quickly, in just 20 minutes, prepare 15 liters of hot water at a temperature of 55 °C (at an inlet water temperature of 15 °C). The design is based on a reliable inner tank with a thick steel wall, designed for a working pressure of up to 8 bar. The inner surface of the storage tank is protected by a glass-ceramic enamel coating with increased resistance to temperature extremes and a protector system with a magnesium anode.

I live in my own house and I heat water in winter using a powerful heating boiler. However, there's no point in turning it on during the summer just to wash dishes or take a bath. That's why I bought two water heaters to warm up the water – a 100-liter one for the bathroom and shower, and this small 15-liter Tesy for the kitchen. This separation makes sense to avoid keeping the large water heater constantly on, plus the distance from the kitchen to the bathroom is quite significant. The 100-liter device prepares water on its own by the timer, ready by the evening, while the small Tesy provides water for dishwashing and other household needs. Its small size allowed it to be hung right above the sink. It looks attractive and fits well in any spot, even in visible locations. In the kitchen, it's essential to get hot water as quickly as possible, and with this task, Tesy performs much better than its bulkier big brothers. For dishwashing, the water heats up in just about 15 minutes, and it reaches the maximum temperature of seventy degrees after half an hour of waiting. The internal tank of this boiler is a scaled-down version of the classic large water heater, meaning it’s made of two-millimeter steel with a glass-ceramic enamel coating. Well, since even the best enamel eventually cracks, there is an additional magnesium alloy anode. The warranty for the electrical part is one year, which is not much, and the tank has a five-year warranty. The manufacturer is located in Bulgaria, so it’s a true European product. The only thing this boiler truly lacks is a thermometer. |
I bought it for work in a car repair shop, where it is impossible even to wash your hands without hot water in winter. There was no point in hanging a large water heater, the needs were not the same, but such a small boiler right at the sink is just what you need. In fact, this is the same steel tank with a glass-ceramic coating and a one and a half kilowatt heating element, but in a compact size. I installed it myself, it took an hour and a half, the procedure is quite simple and does not require special qualifications. The speed of water heating pleases. Fifteen liters warm up to 70 degrees in less than half an hour. But for us it works in heating mode up to 55-60 degrees. So less electricity is spent and the heating time is reduced to 15-20 minutes. Mechanical thermostat. IMHO, this simple thermomechanical device is an order of magnitude more reliable and durable than modern electronics that fly out of the slightest sneeze. Assembled with high quality, everything is tightly fitted and twisted. This is not surprising, because it was made in Bulgaria. Five year warranty. I suspect that it only concerns the tank, and the electrical part is only a year or two. Too lazy to look for documents to see))) There is protection against overheating, pressure over 8 atmospheres. There is no thermometer showing the current temperature of the water in the tank. You can, of course, try it with your hand, but it's inconvenient. It is inconvenient to disassemble and clean, and a lot of scale forms in it and it has to be cleaned regularly. |
I was tired of washing my hands and parts in the workshop under ice water, so I decided to buy a small storage water heater. The device had to be simple, reliable and quickly heat water. I took a risk, took a boiler from a Tesy brand unknown to me and was pleasantly surprised. Normal equipment, good assembly and the most pleasant experience of use. Heats water instantly. Ten liters at a temperature of about 65 degrees are ready for use in just twenty minutes. And simply hot water for hand washing is ready in just ten minutes. This is important for me because sometimes there's simply no time to wait. Compact size. It's very easy to find a space for it. Installation is also not complicated. I did everything myself in two and a half hours. The control is mechanical, which means it's simple and reliable. No hassles or glitches with electronics – the good old thermo-mechanical regulator won't let you down. The tubular electric heaters are also quite ordinary, not the fashionable "dry" ones. Good protection of the storage tank. There is a classic enamel coating and a protective anode. Yes, even in such small models, this manufacturer installs electrochemical protective defense. It has all the necessary protections: against overheating, overpressure, and running without water. Made in Bulgaria, i.e., within the European Union. There is every reason to hope that the quality is also "European". Water is dripping from the check valve. As if this is normal, but this very water, in my opinion, is too much. |
