A wonderful smartphone, considering that I bought it second-hand for $280. A friend bought it for his wife, and she said "meh". Like any Xiaomi, it requires initial setup to disable ads and remove unnecessary programs. A super powerful device without any questions, handles any apps and games at ultra settings. The screen is great, I love AMOLEDs, plus the auto-brightness sensor is impressive, works flawlessly. The camera deserves a special mention, capturing flagship-level shots with a steady hand, plus video shooting is at the level of an iPhone 12, really top-notch. The sound is excellent, rich, and loud, like a speaker. People mention the proximity sensor, saying it glitches, but mine works as it should, no complaints there. A huge advantage, or even achievement, in my opinion, is the fast charging. I've forgotten what it's like to "charge overnight", plug it in the morning - brush teeth, get ready - and it's at 100%, lasting a day or a day and a half easily.
