Lightweight 5-button gaming mouse with a modular design (quick-change back and buttons), a top-of-the-line Pixart optical sensor, durable Omron microswitches, a stylish body design with retro coloring and spectacular RGB LED backlighting. A key feature of this model is the perforated sides of the case for weight savings (only 59g) and improved ventilation for added comfort during long summer gaming sessions.

This model was developed in collaboration with e-sportsmen and it meets all the requirements for such manipulators by experienced gamers and professional players participating in the championships. The Xtrfy M42 RGB Retro mouse is equally comfortable with all types of grip (palm, claw, finger). Despite the symmetrical shape of the case, this model is optimized for right-handed use (left-handers will not be able to use the side buttons on the left side of the case). Thanks to the PixArt PWM3389 optical sensor (the flagship model of 2020), the mouse is able to provide the highest positioning accuracy in the most difficult conditions. Breaking into the established gaming peripheral market without knocking requires balls of steel and bold ideas. Fortunately, the Swedish company Xtrfy had both in abundance. The impudent newcomer immediately claimed the seriousness of his intentions. First, they surprised the gaming community with the world's first lightweight perforated shooter mouse. Then, on the wave of success, they established cooperation with prominent esportsmen and streamers like TenZ, Kripparrian and compatriots from the NIP team. And it was the Xtrfy M42 mouse that became the entrance ticket for the brand to the world of eSports. Not surprisingly, Xtrfy subsequently released several modifications of this model, including a retro version with a white case that came to our tests.
