A comparison of the parameters of the models from the review is given in a visual table of smartphones with 120 Hz LTPO screens. You can select a mobile phone yourself in the appropriate section of the catalog.

Balanced performance, flexible LED glyphs on the back, dual rear camera with optical stabilization of the leading sensor.
The side frames and back cover are made of plastic; there is no charging adapter included.

Among the hordes of smartphones of the same type, devices from the company “Nothing Limited” stand out as a bright spot. Its Phone 2a model is designed to impose worthy competition in the mobile phone media segment.

While smartphones are usually greeted by their screen, the model in question is recognizable by its rear panel. Although the back cover is made of plastic, it is translucent. There are also LED glyphs scattered on the back - a trio of LED strips that react to notifications, blink in time with the music being played, and visually show changes in volume and the operation of the timer. The glyphs glow white - the manufacturer deliberately does not use RGB backlighting for unknown ideological reasons.

At the front, the model is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a dynamic picture refresh rate ranging from 30 to 120 Hz. The smartphone display covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color model, and the image is displayed on it in a frame resolution of 2412x1080 pixels. In terms of hardware, Nothing Phone 2a belongs to the category of mobile devices of a strong mid-range (unlike previous flagship models) - its heart is the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Pro chipset coupled with 12/256 GB of non-expandable memory.

The device has a main camera in the “two by fifty” format - it consists of a 50 MP stabilized main sensor and a 50 MP ultra-wide sensor. The model also has support for fast charging with a power of 45 W (but you will have to buy a power adapter yourself), there is an NFC chip and an under-screen fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is promised updates to the almost “pure” Android OS for 3 years, and security patches for 4 years from the date of release.

Cool Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen, powerful hardware, triple rear camera with optical stabilization of the main sensor, fast wired and two-way wireless battery charging, IP68 dust and moisture protection, DeX mode.
The rear camera lenses protrude noticeably from the body, and there is no charging adapter included.

Smartphones from the Samsung Galaxy FE line are positioned in the role of affordable versions of flagships. The FE console itself stands for Fan Edition - such devices are developed taking into account the wishes of fans of Samsung products.

The S23 FE model for the European market is supplied with a proprietary Exynos 2200 processor, which was used in smartphones of the Samsung Galaxy S22 family (including the plus modification and “Ultra”). For the American market, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. In any case, the smartphone has powerful electronic components and can easily handle any assigned tasks, be it modern mobile games or heavy-duty applications.

The model’s screen is built on the Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel and is characterized by the ability to smoothly change the refresh rate up to 120 Hz. The display has a standard resolution - Full HD+ (2400x1080 pixels), and it also has an Always On mode. A fingerprint scanner with an optical operating principle was placed directly into the front panel, which is used to unlock the smartphone using a fingerprint.

The strength of the Samsung Galaxy S series has always been photo and video shooting. The model under review also does not disappoint in this regard - it has a triple rear camera with optical stabilization of the leading 50 MP sensor. The rear camera lenses protrude noticeably from the body, making it inconvenient to place the device flat on a table without a case. The smartphone takes selfie shots with a 10 MP front camera. The dust- and water-resistant body of the device houses a 4600 mAh battery with support for 25-watt wired charging, 10-watt wireless charging and 4.5-watt reverse charging. The only “but” is that you will need to purchase a charging adapter separately, since it is not included in the factory package.

Bright high-resolution screen, top-end hardware, 16 GB of RAM, optical stabilization of the main camera sensor, 100-watt wired charging, side switch for sound profiles.
There are no significant disadvantages.

A more affordable alternative to the true flagship OnePlus 12 is a model with an additional prefix R. It is an analogue of the Chinese smartphone OnePlus Ace 3, but with an emphasis on the global sales market.

Based on a combination of factors, the device can be called the strongest “almost flagship”. One of the main highlights of the model was the brightest high-resolution AMOLED panel - 2780x1264 pixels. When displaying HDR content, the peak brightness of the display reaches a record 4500 nits. The side edges of the screen were made rounded, in addition, the panel acquired support for an adaptive image refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.

The smartphone is powered by a top-level mobile processor, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The model comes with as much as 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of space in the built-in UFS 3.1 storage. The Dual Cryo-velocity cooling system of two evaporation chambers with a total surface area of over 9 thousand mm² helps electronic components stay cool. The smartphone is powered by a capacious 5500 mAh battery with support for 100-watt wired charging (from zero to one hundred percent in about half an hour).

The smartphone's cameras were inherited from the previous model OnePlus 11R. On the rear there is a combination of a stabilized Sony IMX890 main sensor with a resolution of 50 MP, an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. The smartphone takes excellent photographs, but the cameras still do not reach the flagship level. Communications of the model are represented by Wi-Fi 7 modules, Bluetooth v 5.3, and an NFC chip. Finally, on the left side of the device there is a proprietary Alert Slider, which allows you to easily switch between sound profiles.

High-resolution screen, top-end hardware, triple rear camera with Leica optics, fast wired and two-way wireless battery charging, IP68 dust and moisture protection, compact dimensions.
Under prolonged intense loads, processor throttling is observed.

Xiaomi 14 is a relatively compact flagship smartphone by modern standards. The fact is that the model is armed with an AMOLED display with a diagonal size of 6.36 inches.

The screen of the device is flat and is “under the cover” of tempered Gorilla Glass Victus glass. It boasts an adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz, support for Dolby Vision and HDR10 extended dynamic range technologies, and the highest peak brightness reserve of up to 3000 nits. In addition, the image on the smartphone display is shown in an increased frame resolution of 2670x1200 pixels.

Along with a top-end screen, the model acquired productive hardware - the debut of a hardware platform on board the smartphone took place, led by the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. This processor was one of the first to reach the 2 million point mark when tested using the AnTuTu method - simply impossible tasks for a mobile device does not exist. The flagship chip is supported by fast memory: 12 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB of space in non-expandable internal UFS 4.0 storage.

On the glass back of the smartphone , a square plate of the rear camera of 50 + 50 + 50 MP format proudly flaunts. The main photo module of the smartphone consists of a stabilized main sensor, ultra-wide and telephoto, with high-aperture Leica optics installed everywhere. The integral flagship attributes of the device are supported battery charging technologies (fast wired with a power of 90 W and two-way wireless - 50 W for reception and 10 W for output), as well as reliable IP68 moisture protection of the case. As a nice bonus, the model received Wi-Fi 7, stereo sound with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio, and in a pink body, the device comes with a leather-trimmed rear panel.

Advanced artificial intelligence Galaxy AI, cool Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen, top-end hardware, triple rear camera with optical stabilization of the main sensor, two-way wireless battery charging, stereo sound from AKG, IP68 dust and moisture protection, DeX mode, compact dimensions.
Low-power wired charging.

The base smartphone of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series belongs to the cavalry of compact flagships. And the model is loaded as needed!

The emphasis in the smartphone is on developed intellectual functions - the Galaxy AI system can translate texts and speech on the fly, perform advanced image searches, and provides the user with a whole bunch of tools for processing photos and videos. This is only a small fraction of the positive qualities of artificial intelligence. And when connected to a conventional monitor or other large screen, the device is automatically switched to convenient DeX desktop mode.

The smartphone has a relatively small Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with dimensions of 6.2 inches, a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels, and a dynamic refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The display is covered with tempered Gorilla Glass Victus 2. All over the world, the Samsung Galaxy S24 is sold on the home-grown Exynos 2400 chipset, but for the North American market the model is released on the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The model copes with any smartphone-related tasks with a solid “A”.

What they clearly saved on in the device is the 4000 mAh battery. It supports modest wired charging power (25 W), but the battery can be charged wirelessly (in both directions). Photo and video shooting on a smartphone is provided by a triple rear camera 50 + 10 + 12 MP(stabilized main sensor, telephoto and ultra-wide). For dessert, the model has stereo speakers tuned by AKG and IP68 waterproof housing. With such data, the Samsung Galaxy S24 will definitely not get lost among the flagships.
