When the Electrolux water heater was first turned on in strict accordance with the instructions, a defect was found (absence of water heating), the possibility of which is directly (!) provided for in the instructions. One service center announced that they could not come earlier than in 3 weeks (when hot water will already appear), while another offered to disassemble the heater independently and repair it according to the instructions. Thus, the malfunction of the water heater: 1) is permitted by the manufacturer upon first use; 2) is subject to warranty service when the need for it already disappears, which prevents the use of the product for its intended purpose; 3) is suggested by the manufacturer's instructions to be fixed by the consumer himself, who, for some reason, has to independently dismantle and reassemble a technically complex device. This is the first and last time I purchased equipment from the Electrolux company, which blatantly ignores its warranty obligations. - see comment ![]() |
The boiler worked for more than 15 years, bought it in 2001, cleaned it once, and then the code was moved, recently it began to leak from under the gasket, the flange is a little rusty, find the flange and replace the gasket, it will still last 5 years, it does not load the network, it is 0.9 kV, I bought the same one, but it is not on sale There are fewer disadvantages than advantages use Electrolux EWH 80 SL month or more |
Installed in 2004 and still works great. February 2016 is outside, but I have never cleaned it. I'm afraid suddenly the master will damage something during cleaning. What should I do? To clean or not to clean? Advise, I will be very grateful. After all, I bought it for 900g. And now these are my four pensions. everything suits me absent i recommend it should buy |
