Well, in order to see the results right away, I bought such a wonderful smart sports watch))) First of all, this is a watch for running and they are sharpened precisely for this activity. Once I played for the track and field athletics team of the university, and although I did not achieve much success, I like running. And with such a device, doing it is also interesting! This is a sports watch with a heart rate sensor and a GPS tracker. They measure distance, load, count calories, monitor heart rate, evaluate the difficulty and effectiveness of training, and even issue recommendations for recovery! There is wireless synchronization with a smartphone via Bluetooth and further to the base. Also, via Bluetooth, they remind you of events, calls, messages in your smartphone. Lightweight, stylish looking. With all the bells and whistles turned on, they live up to 18 hours, if you turn off GPS and other sports functions, then three days. In short, I highly recommend it to all lovers of running. The watch is quite expensive, it would be possible to make a touchscreen, but no, there are only five mechanical buttons. By the way, the buttons are comfortable and pressed without difficulty. |
