Purchased in September 2009, stopped heating after 4 days. Called a technician, the defect in the control board was fixed under warranty. In March 2012, the tank started leaking. I want to say at least something positive. The store are bastards, but the Sevastopol service center - REALLY GOOD!!! I called yesterday, described the problem. Today they came, confirmed the malfunction, and fixed it within 2 hours (replaced the control unit). Beautiful. Comfortable. Economical. Hello! It's me again. After 8 days of use, the touchpad failed. On its own, without any changes in voltage. Conclusion: I should have gone for a simple Chinese one. Three times cheaper and not as regrettable... The model is excellent. It looks great, economical.. 8 days have passed since the purchase.
