Miniature 14-inch entry-level, mid-range and high-end ultrabooks built on the Alder Lake hybrid hardware platform. Part of the updated HP Pavilion lineup for 2023, they stand out from other mid-range laptops due to their low starting price, multiple hardware configurations, and high-quality case assembly. They have a modern set of connection ports (HDMI 2.1 + USB C 3.2 gen2), a comfortable keyboard with a touchpad and decent battery life. According to the manufacturer, they are great for businessmen, entrepreneurs and office workers. They boast thoughtful ergonomics. The keyboard is adapted for long work, there is a full digital block. Compared to past generations of Pavilions, the chassis is lighter (1.41kg) and thinner (17mm), making it an attractive option for on-the-go or out-of-office use. For quick authentication, keeping data under lock and key and secure work in corporate networks, there is a cryptographic TPM module and a biometric fingerprint scanner. The built-in battery keeps a charge throughout the working day. The presence of fast charging with Power Delivery makes it possible to restore half the battery capacity in just 45 minutes. The webcam broadcasts a 720p image, and the built-in speakers from Bang & Olufsen perfectly convey the speech of the interlocutors. The HP Pavilion 14-dv2000 series offers a wide range of hardware configurations. Laptops with Core i3 are suitable for comfortable surfing and working with cloud and web services. Core i5 models are capable of more complex tasks, while Core i7 models can replace mobile workstations for layout, rendering, audio processing and other demanding tasks. All chips use a hybrid structure with high-performance and energy-efficient cores that independently distribute the load between threads and cores, optimizing system performance and power consumption. In addition, all Pavilion 14 modifications are equipped with high-speed M.2 SSDs with capacities from 512 to 1024 GB. The amount of DDR4 RAM can be 8 or 16 GB. The screen is the same everywhere: 14 inches, IPS-type matrix, 1080p resolution, modest color reproduction (45% NTSC gamut coverage).
