Fast data transfer. May heat up during extended 4K shooting. For large amounts of data, a larger capacity may be required. ![]() |
Great card for your devices. I took 128 gigabytes for a smart phone, the old redmi note 7 gave 8040 megabytes in the read-write test (and for a state employee this is even great). Just don’t forget that your devices must support a higher speed from the memory card, otherwise then there is no point in buying such cards, because you will present them to the store or brand, but you need to present them first to yourself and your device. Also, do not forget that when transferring data from a card to a computer or laptop, you must have a high-quality card reader (not built-in), as well as at least a USB 3.2 connector in order for these particular speeds to appear. High speed, reliability, 5-year manufacturer's warranty, noticeably lower price than competitors, and in some places better than competitors (definitely no worse). No ![]() |
The card is not bad, but over time it began to work worse. I bought it for a Go Pro at first, it is not particularly suitable for these tasks. price over time it started to freeze when transferring files ![]() |

Full compliance with U3 and V30 classes
The speed characteristics of the U3 and V30 allow the Kingston Canvas Go! Plus shoot 4K Ultra HD video with your smartphone, drone or action camera without worrying about slowdowns or dropped frames. The speed of the card also allows continuous shooting in RAW with the smoothest and most consistent transition between frames. According to the passport, the card gives out about 170 MB / s during read operations and 90 MB / s during recording. She also has a high IOPS (we are talking about class A2), so she will successfully serve as a fast drive for a smartphone.
Excellent results in synthetic tests
In the Kingston Canvas Go! Plus managed to pleasantly surprise us. We started with the classics.
The synthetic benchmark CrystalDiskMark showed us 183 Mbps in read tests and 123 Mbps in write tests. This curious result forced us to linger on synthetic tests and run it through the ATTO and AS benchmarks. In all cases, the sequential read speed plus or minus was equal to the passport, but the write was about 125 MB / s. That is, we can safely talk about a 30% increase in speed, a nice bonus for beautiful eyes.
Lifetime Warranty
Synthetics are good, but what about real world tests? With burst shooting at 4K / 30FPS resolution on the Nikon Z50, the card coped with a bang. There were no dropped frames, no slowdown in continuous shooting, and no other artifacts. The same applies to the following tests with the GoPro HERO7 action camera: in both cases, the card was as quiet and inconspicuous as possible (both with and without an adapter), did not interfere with comfortable work and allowed you to focus on the shooting itself.
Given the rather low price for V30 cards and a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, we get a potential hit.
Another important factor is its reliability. Kingston claims this card is waterproof, shockproof, and can withstand even extreme temperatures. This came in handy when I used the card during travels in various weather conditions, and there were no problems.
Additionally, the card supports UHS-I and U3, making it suitable not only for mobile devices but also for drones, action cameras, and other professional devices that require high data transfer speeds.
However, there are a few drawbacks. For example, due to its high speed, it can heat up a bit more during prolonged 4K shooting. Also, for very large amounts of data, for instance, when working with a large number of video files, even greater capacity might be needed than this card offers.
