Five-kilowatt dual-fuel inverter type generator. Equipped with an internal combustion engine with a working volume of 312 cm3 and a power of 9.5 hp. Starting is carried out using an electric starter or manually. The Konner&Sohnen KS 5500iEG S generator engine can run on gas fuel (propane-butane) or gasoline. A cable with a gas reducer, necessary to connect the power plant to a propane tank, is included.
The set of outputs for powering electricity consumers is represented by two 230 V sockets (16 A and 32 A), a low-voltage connector (12 V) and two USB ports for recharging electronic devices. Thanks to the inverter alternator, this generator is suitable for powering "sensitive" household appliances and modern boilers with automatic electronic control units. The unit is covered with a sound-absorbing casing, which reduces the noise level to an acceptable level. The generator has wheels and a telescopic handle, which allow you to easily and conveniently move the 52.5 kg machine.

With the power outages, a generator for the house was needed, and I chose this model mainly because of the well-known brand and the ability to use gas. Overall, I've used it for about 10 hours so far and have a positive impression. It starts quickly and without problems with both a button and a pull cord. I tried starting it in summer on gas, which I managed to do, although it's not recommended. For fuel economy, there is an ECO mode that reduces engine speed and power to 50. It's convenient that you can see the load level, operating hours, and remaining gasoline. It runs even smoother and somewhat quieter on gas compared to gasoline, and you can switch the type of fuel with a toggle without turning off the engine. The noise reduction is on a high level, especially when compared to ordinary models from neighbors, even much less powerful ones. It handles an electric motor of 2.8 kW, given that the starting currents are clearly much higher than the nominal. I also tried starting an electric boiler at 5 kW; it handles it, but you can tell the load is significant for it. I poured the oil myself; it's not too convenient, but acceptable. A cool feature is the telescopic handle, like from a suitcase, and wheels for moving it, and there's also a handle at the back for carrying it by two people.
