Comment: I chose Mitsubishi based on the principle of high-quality assembly (and stuffing) and durability, and also because of the operating temperature range (-10 when heated, in models of LG inverter systems for 40-45 thousand temp. outdoors it should be at least - 5), I hope the smell will pass with time (maybe it's because of the novelty). Quiet Not quite a modern design (but overall looks okay), if it's located opposite the bed or nearby, it's not very comfortable at night, the weakest airflow (one stick of FAN) is still noticeable, but it doesn't seem to blow too much. The Econo cool function works quite powerfully (the breeze is not weak), so I wouldn't call it a "night mode," meaning it's essentially not there. For me, 23 degrees is a bit cool, turned it to 24 - a strong unpleasant smell started (perhaps the air conditioner is trying to work in heating mode, but the "snowflake" is set to cooling, haven't tried switching to heating mode, so I'll keep testing. After another hot summer, I decided to buy a home air conditioner. And, since I had heard a lot about the "reliability" and numerous drawbacks of recently emerged cheap brands of air conditioners, I chose a trusted manufacturer - Mitsubishi Electric. If anyone knows about good household and climate control equipment, it's the Japanese; I've been convinced of this from personal experience. Its main role - cooling my apartment - it performs excellently. As simple as "doors," with a set of the most necessary and in-demand functions. It doesn't have infrared sensors or four-segment independently controlled blinds with clever air distribution systems. However, it has a modern inverter control system and a quality, durable twin-rotor compressor. There's also a brand three-year warranty, which, with a developed system of official services, is also worth a lot. The remote control is somewhat basic and similar to a brick, but because of that, it's easy to understand and pleasant to hold. On the remote, there's an LCD screen to display the mode of operation and show the air conditioner's self-diagnosis codes. Chinese assembly. I expected that the assembly would be in Thailand, but it turned out that only Mitsubishi Heavy is assembled there, and all Mitsubishi Electric are born in China.
