Price/performance - you won't find better. Consider not only the cost of the processor itself but also the motherboard for such a processor, meaning the whole package - the final price pleasantly surprises if you approach the setup wisely. In games, the processor is not loaded even by 50%, and with streaming, I haven't observed the load exceed 70% on the processor. The processor handles rendering excellently. Performance, cost.
