A typical inexpensive boiler of Ukrainian production. Everything is quite well made. Worked for 2 years without issues. Knock on wood. I've been using this for 2 years; mine is 50 liters, heats up quickly, I use it by turning it on for 10 minutes before taking a shower, the design is simple, it's a bit long and stands in the corner as if it was meant to be there. The internal heater is not in water but enclosed - specifically chose this type since they last longer. If you don't use it for a week or more, the water stagnates and smells. There is a valve for draining the water. Gives a weak flow at the output, when I turn the water on and off there's a sound like a whistle... it's really annoying. In the summer, when utility workers turn off the central hot water supply, a boiler becomes not just a convenient but a very necessary household appliance. However, I never got around to buying and installing one. I work on a rotational basis for three weeks, and one day, upon returning from a business trip, I found this water heater in the bathroom. My wife got tired of "nagging" me and she went ahead and bought and installed (i.e., called installers) this 50-liter model herself. I'll say right away, it's not quite what I would have chosen, but after three weeks of use, I must admit that the boiler is efficient. Heats up quickly. The water volume is small, and the 2.1 kilowatt heating element brings it to 65 degrees in less than an hour and a half. Convenient if the hot water is suddenly turned off (which happens more often than we'd like), and you don't want to wait long. Ceramic or "steatite" dry heating element type. This is a heating element based on silicate ceramics, which heats the water indirectly, through the wall of a steel flask with an enamel coating. In theory, this setup should indeed produce less scale. How it will actually be, I can only say in two years when it's time to clean the inner tank. Mechanical control, simple and foolproof. Unlike electronics, it breaks down two orders of magnitude less frequently. My wife really liked the appearance. I agree, it looks interesting. Still, 50 liters is too little. I have to save money and take a shower with low pressure, otherwise there will not be enough hot water for anyone except me. Thermostat regulator without graduation. There is no thermometer. we want to get one for our daughter too, but there are no shipments in Ukraine right now, we're waiting. no smell, no whistle, you can't hear it working at all, the pressure is normal and depends on the cold water network, the design is pleasant, it hangs in the corner like a cube that was always there. We have a 30-liter one, and it's more than enough for two adults for a shower without saving water. In terms of electricity costs and hot water costs, the boiler is more economical nowadays. no use Atlantic Steatite Cube Slim S3C month or more i recommend it should buy |
