both the results of crash tests and the experience of personal use for 3 years confirm one thing: the chair is reliable, comfortable and is DEFINITELY worth the money! The armchair is wonderful: my active 2-year-old handled the trip from Kyiv to Milan and back without any tantrums!!! The chair isn't hard, it's comfortable to sit in. It's hot in the summer, even on a leather chair, so I either use a linen cover or keep the window open (I don't use the air conditioner because I don't find it beneficial) and the child's back stays dry. The chair is quite wide, so even a sturdy little one in winter gear is comfortable. A good headrest: the child has fallen asleep several times and their head didn't wobble. As for the cover not withstanding washing - total nonsense! We've washed our little cow several times on a regular 40°C wash cycle and the cover is like new! One cup holder comfortably fits a bottle of baby water (it's not tight and doesn't wobble), and in the other, a pack of "Maria" cookies, so mom doesn't get distracted from the road. By the way, in dad's car there's a Recaro, but the child refuses to ride in it and insists on the chair from mom's car! i didn’t find any: even with long nails, there were never any problems with installing the chair, or with the locks, or with adjusting the belts/headrests. use Britax Romer Evolva 123 Plus month or more i recommend it should buy |
The chair is good and not cheap at all, but I'm still not happy with it. Maybe it's just individual user experience, I don't know. I have no obvious complaints about it, but there are quite a few minor shortcomings. One way or another, I cannot give this chair a high rating. But everyone must decide for themselves. The chair can be adjusted in any way. It was convenient to be able to adjust it in width as well. It came in handy when they put warm overalls on the baby in winter, and he simply no longer fit into the car seat of the previous size. There are provisions for adjusting the headrest and seat belts. Somehow our relationship with this car seat did not work out. Firstly, the fastening belts turned out to be terribly inconvenient in practice. They were tough, they somehow pulled the baby too tightly. And if you let them go a little, but on the contrary they fixed it very weakly. In addition, in the summer heat it was simply impossible to use this chair - the child’s back was constantly wet. It was somehow difficult to latch the seat belts, but in order to unbuckle them at all it was necessary to make an effort. It felt as if the mechanism itself was jammed. The upholstery can be easily removed for washing, but it barely survived the washing itself. Although I washed it in the most delicate mode, after washing the car seat cover looked far different from before. The cup holders that are placed on the car seat are of absolutely no use.
