The best phone I've experienced. Balanced features, magnificent stereo sound, perfect for photos, music, and work. And most importantly - a clean system with long-term support. After using the Pixel XL (a six-year-old phone that's better than any "budget" model) and the Pixel 3a XL, I realize that this truly is the best lineup of Android smartphones. Camera, sound, long-term Android support, good battery life. 3.5mm jack - "thank you" for sparing the old-school wired headphone supporters. It's hard to say. You can get a more powerful and cheaper model. But this is a phone for enthusiasts who appreciate a pure operating system and a good camera (as practice shows, it’s better than the marketing "tons of megapixels"). Objectively speaking - no microSD support (but the built-in memory is enough for me) and be prepared to accept eSIM. The 5G module is like a shovel without a handle. In our country, the phone will be obsolete by the time the networks are implemented, so I decided to turn it off and don't recommend taking it because of this. I was torn between the Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus and the Google Pixel 4a 5G, but the massive price difference and paying extra for features I don't need made me choose the Pixel. And you know what? I genuinely enjoy using it, I constantly want to pick up this smartphone and hold it for as long as possible, it truly feels like it's made for people. No unnecessary system-heavy interfaces (pure Android), no glitches or lags, everything works as smoothly as possible, it's amazing! As for the camera, I can't even find words to describe my emotions, it's clear that Google squeezed 105% out of the cameras thanks to artificial intelligence. For social networks, you could say you don't need better quality, at least not at this markup (hello flagship phones for $1000+). The wide-angle camera is consistently helpful. Video recording is excellent and smooth, and the microphone deserves special attention, capturing sound that is pleasant, clear, and soft, really pleasing to the ears. Additionally, the 4 video stabilization modes that work even at 4k 60fps make this smartphone a great option for video enthusiasts. When I first turned on the smartphone, there were 113 out of 128 gigabytes of storage available. After installing updates and important apps for me, 107 gigabytes remained. I don't play games at all, so this is more than enough for music, photos, and videos. The battery lasts about 11 hours of mixed usage: social networks/messengers/camera/music/calls and document work. Charging from 5% to 100% takes 1 hour and 35 minutes.
