I've been wearing the rose gold for almost a year now, bought them as soon as they came out on the market. Very satisfied. Good watch, with a convenient and intuitive interface. Quite functional and independent when it comes to sports activities - you can load music directly onto them, connect Bluetooth headphones, and start working out. You can even watch videos on YouTube, although I've never used this feature. Good sound, the battery lasts a day, and I charge them overnight. The display hasn’t dimmed and is scratch-resistant. They've never glitched or frozen. The microphone is good, I've occasionally answered calls without any issues. Samsung has a great app for the watch with many options for setting up different useful functions and reminders. I used it with a Samsung Note 10. Now I've switched to an iPhone, and it recognizes the watch as any third-party Bluetooth device. You can still receive calls and see messages, but of course, they don't fully integrate. Lightweight, good display, easy to use. The strap has become very dull and cannot be cleaned even with special products. The insulation on the charger broke very quickly. Wonderful watch from Samsung! Stylish, comfortable, sleek. I liked that you can change the watch faces and match the theme with your outfit. It has many useful functions and good battery life. The Samsung Galaxy Active 2 Smart Watch has a clean, attractive design, a bright, colorful round screen and a wide range of features that take your socks off to some new places (who didn't get the socks thing, I was joking XD). Joining Samsung apps is problematic, but overall it's a great mobile companion for notifications, workouts, and quick information. Plus, the battery life is amazing. The 40mm version of the Samsung Fitness Watch features a 247mAh battery with wireless charging support and a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED display with Always on display and ambient light sensor.
Stylish and durable
The metal case is offered in one of three colours (black, silver and gold). It complies with the military standard of MIL-STD-810G, as well as IP68, which allows you to use the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 in a pool or fresh water.
The round shape makes the model look like a classic wrist watch. Instead of the traditional rotating bezel, there is a touch-sensitive bezel that simplifies menu navigation. A variety of watch faces will help you create an excellent tandem with both business and sportswear, and the convenient MyStyle function will make a selection of the most suitable variations according to the photo of the current outfit.
Advanced Wireless Technologies
To pair the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 with a mobile device, a Bluetooth 5.0 module is proposed, which differs from analogues in an increased range and reduced power consumption. The watch also has Wi-Fi and an NFC chip that supports Samsung Pay contactless payments.
Rich set of sensors
The filling of the watch is represented by a 2-core Exynos 911 chip and 4 GB of internal memory. Almost half is occupied by the Tizen OS and pre-installed programs, and the rest of the space is available for applications from the company store or user files.
Accelerometer, gyroscope with magnetic sensor, barometer, GPS module and heart rate monitor help track 39 types of motor activity (and 7 of them are automatically detected, including running, rowing, walking, swimming). The latter "knows how" to analyze the heart rhythm, acting as a simplified version of the ECG (the function will be activated with software updates). The pedometer, as noted by some users, sometimes adds extra activity, for example, to drivers behind the wheel.
The model supports a smart alarm clock, choosing the optimal time to wake up, monitors the level of stress, makes it easier to access social networks and send comments to them.
Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a functional novelty in the smartwatch market, an interesting analogue of Apple Watch 5 for Android smartphones.
